These terms

These terms cover your use of apis.dev, its docs and the APIs.Dev platform. Using them means you accept these terms.

Your account

You sign in with GitHub. Keep your account and your keys safe: what happens under them is your responsibility.

Your products

You own your file, your data and the API products you publish. You are responsible for what you sell, and for holding the rights to every Source and record you use. You let APIs.Dev host, run and display them so it can provide the platform.

Payments

Your Customers pay through your own connected Stripe account, under Stripe's terms. APIs.Dev's own prices are posted at /pricing.

Fair use

Do not use the platform for anything unlawful, to infringe anyone's rights, or to attack, overload or probe its security.

No warranty

The platform is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, APIs.Dev is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

These terms may change; the date above says when they last did.
